Is-sinjal għal PITTA BREAD għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ L kkurvata bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u s-swaba’ tal-L jiffurmaw ċirku żgħir fuq quddiem. (ii) Imbagħad id waħda tieqaf forma ta’ B milwija bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares djagonalment ’il ġewwa u tinżel bi skoss bejn is-saba’ l-kbir u swaba’ l-oħra tal-id il-wieqfa.
The sign for PITTA BREAD has two parts. (i) First, the hands take the shape of curved L with palms facing inwards and the L fingers form a small circle at the front. (ii) Then one hand is held stationary in the form of bent B with palm facing upwards. The other hand takes the shape of 5 with palm facing diagonally inwards. This hand moves down with a jerk between the thumb and the other fingers of the stationary hand.
